Queensway Quay

Queensway Quay is a marina development on the southwestern tip of Gibraltar, sitting between the commercial harbour and the entrance to the Strait. It is quieter and more residential than Ocean Village, with a reputation for attracting longer-term residents who prefer a calmer atmosphere while still being close to the waterfront. The marina here is smaller and more intimate, with a pleasant promenade and a handful of well-regarded restaurants.

The architecture is more uniform and less commercial than Ocean Village, giving the area a more settled, neighbourhood feel. The location is slightly further from the town centre and Main Street than Ocean Village, which means you will need to drive or take a short taxi to reach the main shopping and commercial areas. That said, the area is well-connected and the short journey is rarely considered a problem by residents.
